Who you'll work with
TechRam was founded by Rami Younes and Victor Khalil and has grown into a team of Microsoft consultants and engineers based in Sydney. We build SharePoint and Microsoft AI systems inside the tenant a client already pays for, then hand them over.
Where we started
TechRam was founded by Rami Younes and Victor Khalil after years spent watching the same problems repeat in care organisations: systems that didn’t talk to each other, manual steps that shouldn’t exist, and IT budgets going to vendors nobody was questioning.
We’d all seen what happens when technology vendors prioritise revenue over results. IT budgets spent on tools that didn’t talk to each other. Strategy decks delivered and left to collect dust.
The conviction is simple: most SMEs don’t need new technology. They need what they already have, connected properly.
How we work
Every engagement starts with discovery workshops, with the people who actually feel the problem. We find out how long a process takes before we say anything about technology. If there’s a business case, we build it. If there isn’t, we say so.
When we build, we start with what you already have. Microsoft 365 native tools first. Custom development only when nothing else fits. Everything lives in your tenant: no lock-in, and no ongoing dependency on us.

How we're different
We work on what you already have
We never recommend replacing a platform you've invested in. We follow a strict cost-efficiency hierarchy, starting with M365 native and moving up only when the simpler layer can't solve it.
-
Included in Microsoft 365
Use what's already in your licensing. Zero extra cost.
-
Low-code build
Power Apps and Power Automate, purpose-built and cost-effective.
-
Third-party integration
Existing tools that plug into M365: add-ins, Teams apps, connectors.
-
Custom development
Bespoke builds only when nothing else fits. Used sparingly.
-
You own everything we build
No vendor lock-in and no licensing fee to TechRam. Everything lives in your Microsoft tenant, visible and manageable by your team.
-
We understand complex operations
Compliance obligations, frontline workforce complexity, thin operating margins. We know this world before we walk in the door.
In their words
We love working with TechRam. We don't have issues. That's the thing. Because that tells a lot about the solutions they have developed for us.
Yashmin LataGM of ICT — Achieve Australia This project solved a challenge we had been trying to address for several years. The OKR Tracker has given us a simple and sustainable way to connect individual, team and organisational goals, while improving visibility, accountability and reporting across the business. Because the solution was built around how we work and integrated into our existing Microsoft environment, adoption was strong from day one.
Michelle DespasDirector of People & Culture — Local Government Procurement TechRam are the guys you call when you don't want any more headaches.
Tony GhalbouniTrusted Care Support The team at TechRam offer quality, professionalism, and always make things seamless. Great working with the guys.

Common questions
01. Who actually does the work?
The team is deliberately senior. The person who scopes your work is the person who builds it, and they stay with the engagement through Run & Improve. You won't be handed to a delivery pod after the sale.
02. Are you a managed service provider?
Not in the traditional sense. We're systems integrators. We design and build operational systems on Microsoft, then hand them over. We don't handle endpoints, networking or helpdesk.
03. Do we own what you build?
Yes. The systems, the documentation, and the ability to maintain them without us. Everything lives in your tenant. No lock-in and no ongoing dependency on us.
04. Where is TechRam based, and do you work outside Sydney?
Sydney. Discovery and workshops happen in the room where we can, and build work runs from here. We work with organisations across Australia.
